“최고의 숙소!”

별 100개드리고 싶을만큼 좋았어요! 일단 큰도로에 위치하고 있어서 찾기도 쉬웠고 좋았어요! 엘리베이터가 없긴했지만 짐도 다 올려주시고 전 2층에 묵어서 다니는데 문제없었답니다. 정말 깔끔하고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 타페게이트까지는 거리가 있어요. 걸어서 15분정도 걸리는 거리이지만 날씨가 워낙 좋다보니 걸어다니는 시간도 너무 즐거웠어요! 스낵이랑 음료가 무료로 제공이 되고 조식! 조식! 최고의 조식!ㅎㅎ 무료로 제공되는 조식 퀄리티가 아주 우수합니다. 음식이 깨끗하고 깔끔했고 모든 직원들의 서비스가 아주 좋았습니다. 최고의 친절함!! 묵는 2박이 끝나 다른 호텔로 옮기기 아쉬울만큼 좋았습니다. 인생숙소 인정ㅎㅎ

“편안하고 깨끗한 숙소 ”

직원들이 대체로 친절하고 최선의 서비스를 할려고 노력한다 적은 객실을 운영하는 호텔로 내집처런 편안하고 깨끗하다. 호텔앞에 RTC(시내버스) 정류장이 위치하고 있어 공항에 도착해서 택시를 탈 필요가 없다. 시내 여기 저기 다닐때도 편리하다. 조금 아쉽다면 휘트니스에 아무 시설도 없이 안마기기 따랑 하나 있다

“만족해요”

생긴지 얼마 안 되어서 사진보다 훨씬 깨끗, 깔끔하고 룸 컨디션 좋아요. 마룻바닥 느낌이 좋아서 맨발로 다녔어요. 조식도 깔끔하구.. 숙소 바로 옆에 정비소가 있는데 밤에는 야식당이 운영되서 야식먹기도 좋아요. 숙소 근처가 바로 토요시장 열리는 곳이구요. 다만 숙소가 바로 도로가에 노출되어 있어서 차소리가 좀 난다는 것이 좀 아쉬웠지만! 숙소만 보면 가격대비 좋아요!

“3박4일 후기”

친구랑 3박4일 머무르는 내내 기분이 좋았음 직원들이 지나갈 때마다 웃으며 인사해주고 마지막날 기념사진도 찍어주는 등 매우 친절함 청소를 깔끔하게 잘해주어서 불편함이 없었음 조금 걸어나가면 과일판매가 즐비하여 언제든 과일을 먹을수있었음 또한 조식은 양도 많고 바로 주문받아 만들어줘서 갓나온 뜨끈한 음식을 먹을수있음 약간 짜지만 그건 나라 특성이니 어쩔수없는거라 전반적으로 만족함 다만 숙소가 홍보가 잘 안된건지 위치가 애매한지 교통수단 이용할때 운전자가 위치를 잘 찾지못함 실제로 다른곳에서 놀다가 숙소 들어갈때 택시나 썽태우가 숙소를 못찾아서 다소 먼 곳에 나와 친구를 내려놓고 간 적도 있었고 택시 부를 때 위치를 모르겠다고 취소당함 그 점이 아쉬움

“Fantastic!”

We just had 4 nights in a Premier Suite & it was fantastic. We got a great deal through Agoda as this room is really expensive if you book it direct with the hotel (9000 Bhat per night!). The room was massive & the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful & very clean. Complimentary minibar was also a nice touch. The included breakfast was great, but i don't understand why i have to choose what i want the night before? The staff were all friendly & nice as well. The only negative thing was the noise. We were in room 302 & it was at the front of the hotel so we could hear the traffic all day/night. Aslo the lights on the balcony stayed on all night so they shone straight into the room which kept my husband awake. I would still highly recommend this hotel, as it was a great place to escape the 40 degree heat during the day.

“Honest housekeeping cleaner ever”

I left my money in the safety box and checked out the hotel. Thanks god that the cleaner passed it back to me when i went back the hotel. Such a honest ppl in chiang mai! Location: near wualai Saturday nite market and there is a souvenior/drug store "chiang mai direct" sell at very reasonable price for local products! Buy as many as you can before heading to airport. Another highly recommenede restaurant "the faces gallery and restaurants" also near to hotel.

“low price but with 5-star service”

it is in the old town area and close to Saturday market where you can spend a night here to experience the local life. The hotel is clean, bright and in good conditions. Although there is no elevator, it is just a 3-storey building. All the facilities in the room are good and it also offers us snacks and drinks as compliment. The breakfast does exceed my expectation, you can choose either Thai or Western style and with a range of cereals, fruits, breads and buns in buffet. We love staying here which made our trip enjoyable. Thank you.

“Super friendly, kind and helpful staff”

The staff was extremely kind- they were happy to help us with directions and booking a scooter. The breakfast was excellent. The gym is small and only has 2 machines. The location is good but not in the Old City or within walking distance to the night Bazaar but a short car ride away. Just down the street there is "the gate" which has plenty of delicious food options all day, as well as a fruit market.

“Sweet little hotel”

Love this hotel! it's a small hotel, very neat and beautiful. they gave us a welcome drink and cute cake upon arrival. and there was a complimentary plate of beautiful looking mango sticky rice. they also provide snack for free!. breakfast was nicely cooked. though the variation isn't much, but i love it! It's not in the middle of the old city. it's close to a small market, there are some street food around that small market at the evening.

“Great Location, Chinese style, Clean”

I didnt expect too much in the beginning but after check in and go to room. I surprise that room is so nice and bed is really comfortable for sleep. Also in room is very clean and tidy. will back soon.

“Cosy and friendly”

I was here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. For both days, I was away on early morning excursions and there is breakfast included but I would have missed it due to leaving too early but the wonderful reception staff prepared boxes with a sandwich, yogurt and a drink which is really nice of them to do. I would have not survived without that! Backing up a bit, during check in, they give you a nice cool towel and a cold drink which was great because it was quite warm in the lobby area as there is no air con there (learn to find out chiang mai is not as hot as other places so it was tolerable. Rooms are air conditioned so no concern.) The staff there are wonderful. They are fluent in English and are so so helpful. They gave us excellent recommendations to eat nearby, helped us contact some agents when there were issues with our booking and of course helped is book a massage session as well. On top of that, they always knew what room we are in which surprised me at first but then I found out they have a list of guests staying in the hotel with their pictures next to the room. Them knowing who we are and always having a very welcoming attitude really helped me feel at home and made the experience very personable. Also, I did get to try breakfast in house one morning and it was good. You get to choose from a few choices (ie. Thai style, western style) and there was also a little mini buffet area with pastries, cereal and salad. Excellent service! Only con would be some of the towels and blankets/sheets have some stains. I left facilities as 5 star but I don't think they actually had anything. I was not informed nor looked for them as I had such little time there.

“Great location; warm hosts”

We happened to book during Loikrathong and found the location to be excellent for the festival. The staff hosted a special party for all guests and provided Krathongs. Breakfast was ample and the staff always met our requests. We were quite pleased.
