“대만족. 여기 다시 묵고 싶어요. ”

모든 게 다 좋았는데 한 가지 샤워기 헤드가 좀 에러였어요. 물이 정말 졸졸졸 나오는. 해바라기 헤드라 뭘 어떻게 할 수도 없고. 그것만 빼면 완벽합니다.

“Nice boutique hotel ”

This is a lovely small boutique hotel. Inexpensive but very comfortable for a few nights stay. Rooms facing the street can be kind of loud if you are sensitive to noise. Lovely interior decor and very friendly staff. Only downside is the breakfast menu. Its mostly Thai food. But there is a great cafe diagonally across from the hotel that has good breakfast choices.

“Great Hotel in Chiang Mai”

Really great hotel with phenomenal ambience. The lobby area is so peaceful and serene, I could spend my days just sitting there in front of the pond. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always said hi and smiled every time I walked by. Breakfast was included and delicious. It was centrally located in the Old City area of Chiang Mai, with a beautiful temple right across the street. Pretty much everything I wanted to see in the city was a short walk away, including the night market and other attractions. All the tours knew where it was, so easy to get picked up from for whatever your you book.

“Amazing. Feel like staying in the museum within the convenient centre of Old City.”

Regret to be assigned in a double bedroom at 3/F where the electro wires were lying outside the windows could have side effect to human. Luckily this was one night stay only.

“Beautiful boutique hotel with traditional Thai service. ”

Lovely helpful staff. Table service for breakfast which was delicious. They have a garden to the rear which if it had a small pool would make the hotel perfect. Chiang Mai is a fab place to wander and discover!

“Boutique Hotel With Style”

Fantastic little boutique hotel centrally located in the old city in Chiang Mai. The artwork adorning the building is delightful and the breakfast is not to be missed. Finally the staff were a delight to talk to. Thoroughly recommended.

“Nice Location in Chaing Mai. This hotel description of “ city view “ is misleading.”

I booked. A room with a city view only to find that a city view was an ugly view into people backyard. I asked the front desk lady about the mixup and she said I booked. Agarden view. I showed my booking to a young man at the front desk only to be told by him that the garden view was a city view. I think this is deceptive advertising. I felt this was bait and switch. The room was tiny and the bathroom was even tinier. I would recommend this hotel for backpackers and for those who are not claustrophobic. Beautiful building though with great art work. Clean and located in the heart of the old city

“Beautiful, but I still prefer the Makka”

I love the Makka hotel, so I wanted to give a try to the Makkachiva, which looks even more gorgeous from outside. The rooms and the decor are very similar to the Makka, as well as the service and the breakfast. My toilet had a problem (stuck handle, so at the end I removed the lid and after every use I manually stopped the water from flushing continuously). Beside this, everything is just like the Makka; but I found it a bit darker and colder. So I would recommend it, but personally I believe I'll go back to the Makka next time.

“Wonderful Room ! ”

The hotel room is very unique , that was my first expensive of Makkachiva, Location is good, Breakfast is excellent , i had my breakfast every morning in the hotel instead of street food, which i like it so much, staff are very friendly and helpful, I definitely would stay in this wonderful hotel again ( next time when i visit CM) The greeny plants were eye catching, it was good to take selfie and pics in the courtyard , like it so much ♡ .

“Charming Boutique Hotel in the Heart of the Old City Part of Changmai”

We stayed at the Makkachiva for 8 nights and our stay was wonderful. The hotel is ideally located in the old city part of Changmai. The hotel is charming and quiet. The staff is wonderful, in particular Gee at the front desk who is full of energy and always helpful.
