모든 것이 완벽했지만 조식 먹을 때 개인화로에서 생선 굽는 냄새가 너무 많이 났어요. 주방에서 구워서 자리로 가져다 주는 걸 고려해 보시는게 어떨까요?

위치를 상쇄할 만한 좋은 료칸!
아름다운 풍경과 좋은 숙박 최고의 식사.
간사이 공항에서 3시간정도, 오사카에서 2시간 정도 걸리지만, 거리를 상쇄 할 만큼 아름다운 풍경과 훌륭한 숙박시설이었음. 제철음식들이 훌륭했다. 직원들의 서비스도 훌륭. 자매온천으로 온천들이 붙어있어서 다양한 온천을 이용 할 수 있어서 좋았음.

Staff are friendly and polite, Japanese buffet breakfast items are healthy and delicious, Guest room is spacious and onsen facilities are far better than many other famous onsen ryokan in Arima or Fuji. I’d definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Sumoto in the future.

Relaxation hot spring holiday
It was a fabulous vacation with my aunt for the first time travel to Awaji Island. A big Thanks to Ms. C. Makimoto for her caring & thoughtfulness to get us the fan stand in our unit coz we felt too warm from the heater. I should be back again even the solo travel in the near future hopefully.

Amazing hotel!
Location is a bit far away, not quite convenient.
Room is tremendous.
Staffs are all nice and friendly, and extremely helpful, although their English skill is quite limited.
Overall amazing experience, will definitely stay again.

One of the best experience in Japan
I didn't expect much when I booked this hotel since there are very limited review at the time. However, when I first arrived the hotel, I so certain that I made a good choice, and YES IT IS. This is the first time that I Onsen by the beach, Facilities is great, View is great, service is always outstanding for Japanese standard. What can I ask more?

If staff can speak english will be much better.
Good Services, good sea view and quiet.
We enjoy stayed in your hotel. Staffs are very helful and good smile. Except they don't understand or speak English. Nice quiet room sea view. Very relax.

Luxury hotel with great view
Spacious room, nice view and good services.
It was a great experience to stay in this hotel with a great sea view and private hot spring in room. Their staff can't speak very good English but they are willing to provide assistance with their best effort.

Excellent place. Will re-visit if possible.
Room is big and comfortable with nice view. Staffs are sincere and friendly. Food is good.
Room rate is q bit expensive but worth to stay. Excellent room with nice view and hot spring spa.
