친절함

너무 조용하고 친절하지만 직원이 영어를 아예 못함 먼저다녀온 얼빵한 투숙객의 후기를 읽고 걱정햇는데 1층에 엘베잇음 찾기도 쉬움 먼저다녀온 얼빵한 투숙객은 엘베가 없다고 햇지만 1층에 떡하니 잇엇음 눈좀 뜨고 다녀라

조용하고 좋았어요

학회차 방문하려고 호텔 알아보다가 예약했어요 방은 정말 작아요,,창문이 있지만 옆건물만 보이는 방이 배정 되어 너무 답답하고 고시원 느낌은 나지만 가격대비 만족하며 그리고 출장으로 간것이기에 호텔에선 잠만 자는 마인드로 있어서 그런지 만족해요 대신 덩치가 있거나 그렇다면 생각을 해보셔야해요. 그래도 깔끔하고 물도 잘 나오고 마침 근처가 명품거리여서 깔끔하고 소란스럽지않았어요. 호텔 바로 앞 레스토랑 분위기 좋고 맛도 좋아 이틀 연속 저녁을 먹었네요,,

A good hotel located in Sannomiya

I chose this hotel for its proximity to Kobe Sannomiya. I've been to another hotel of the same chain in Osaka before so I expected more or less the same style / quality. It didn't disappoint.

Comfortable, clean and friendly

We stayed for one night only at the start of our Japan holiday and found the hotel to be comfortable, clean and friendly. The room was on the small side which was expected given the options at the time of booking, but nevertheless it was fine for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. The hotel breakfast offered plenty of choice with a good selection of both Japanese and European-type food. There is also a pleasant outdoor terrace.

Great location. wanted to remove the breakfast from room but was told had to cancel and rebook, biggest disappointment was the staff esp the male staff - asked if he can speak English and he said yes and then every sentence was a heh, him or hah - obviously cant speak English at all.

It's the pity that elavotor is without A/C. It's a hard time during summer.

We've stayed here several times as a family.

I love this area and the hotel is simple, reasonably priced and clean. The staff aren't very friendly but it didn't really matter.

Modern and very clean hotel - would recommend to others

Super modern and clean hotel, 10 min walk to most iconic areas and shopping malls. About a 15 minute walk to the Kawasaki Museum and the iconic Harbour. A little tricky to locate as it's above a shop, however follow Google Maps and you'll be right.
