Great, classy hotel

Amazing hotel with good views of town and the harbour. Room + bathroom was huge and a very comfortable bed. Had forgotten our charger and there was 1 supplied in the room. Hotel an easy walk with bags from the station. Staff were helpful and polite.

Have been traveling to Kobe since 1976, the oriental has the best location imaginable, great service and beautiful rooms. You will never be disappointed

Wonderful experience

An excellent hotel: ancient decoration and modern facilities. Rich kinds of food for breakfast. Staff kindly reminded us about the closing time so we can get what we want beforehand.

Awesome Hotel!

First time to Kobe, booked at a very reasonable price but what they offer is unreasonably great. Excellent location + hotel room, great staff, comfortable bed. Very impressive. Definitely will go back again next time when i visit Kobe. Highly recommend
