“very nice people”
the staff over there are so nice. He drove us to the train station as we check out of the hotel. We did't know that they are gonna drive us to the train station and we didn't ask for it, they just offer it to us. The location is great, it has a supermarket next to it and a ferry and bus station within three minutes walk.

“Historical museum ryokan”
Very nice ryokan with onsen. But the owner don't like to smile to customer. We reach at evening and the bed is ready for us, the room is very big . Breakfast at hall with painting, the staff is more friendly then owner, at least they smile, this is customer prefer.

“Traditional hotel in sea side...”
I love this hotel, a traditional hotel with roomy guest rooms. They have no heated tatamis, but worry not as you'll can hug those hot stone while sleeping. You should order breakfast or dinner which was cooked in Miyazu style and tastes great! It is a little bit on the sweet side rather than savoury like most Jjapanese cuisine. However you should tell them in advance that you wanted to have breakfast or dinner otherwise they won't be able to prepare anything for you. Don't worry tough if you've forgotten to reserve the food. This hotel is located in strategic location, as it is close many local restaurants just across the road, and a shopping mall 5 minutes away by foot, and train station is just 10 minutes away. In addition to this hotel's lush garden, this hotel is located adjacent from public park and seaside. Oh yes, you are not allowed to wet the wall as its traditionally made. Also for some rooms, the toilet was located outside. Show less Room Tip: The room on 2nd floor north side got the best view...

“Favorite part of our trip!”
-wonderful staff -beautiful traditional room with a view of the bay and sandbar -center of town, but quiet -clean and spacious room This was definitely my favorite part of our visit to Japan! We loved the accommodation and the lovely staff there. The locals were friendly and inviting- although we stuck out like sore thumbs at their festival event, we were treated as friends and neighbors and were invited to participate with everyone. Most people do not speak English, but they will try, or walk you across town to someone who does :) Miyazu was lovely. A scenic short walk or bike ride away is Amano-Hashidate, via the sandbar. I enjoyed the varied landscape of the sandbar very much and felt very restful during the walk. This area was breathtakingly beautiful and had several shrines and temples accessible by ski lift or tram up the foothills of the mountain. If I get to come back to Japan again some day, I am coming here first, and I will stay at the Seikiro historic bathhouse!
