전 무슨 행사를 할때 저렴히 넓은 방을 구매했다고 좋아했는데 알고보니 옆에 연결돼 있는 레지던스 호텔이었어요 숙박전에 호텔에서 메일이 왔더라구요 당신을 환영하고 블라블라.. 근데 넌 레지던스수영장만 이용해야해 이렇게요 네 레지던스는 수영장이 따로 있어요 레지던스 맨위 루프탑에 조그만 수영장인데 그것을 이용해야 합니다 그외 시설 이용은 똑같구요 원래 사진에 나오는곳은 그냥 호텔이구요 거긴 서양인들이 많더군요 조식이나 피트니스 이런것은 다 거기서 먹고 이용할 수있습니다 일단 레지던스여서 전자렌지 등 각종 시설이 구비된것은 좋았어요 세탁기도 있었는데 세제를 따로 사야해서 이용은 못했지만 ..방도 넓구요 분위기보니 레지던스는 가족분들이 많이 이용하더군요 따라서 아이들이 필수적으로 존재하기때문에 수영장이 시끄럽습니다 누군가가 오면..ㅎ 그래도 루프탑수영장도 나름 괜찮았어요 루프탑 특유의 매력이 있고 시원함 호텔은 핑강 바로 옆에 있어서 저녁 ㅡ밤에 그 언저리에서 석양을 꼭 보시는 걸 추천합니다 너무 아름답습니다 아난타라 브랜드에 맞게 시스템이라고 할까 그런것이 잘되어있는 곳입니다

“좋았어요”

1층 가든뷰 묵었어요 대체적으로 맘에 들었어요. 대신 암막커튼 내리면 방이 너무 어두웠던 느낌이 있었어요. 조식은 생각보단 그냥 그랬어요.

“깔끔하고 아름다운곳”

위치,서비스,풍경

치앙마이 시내에 위치해서 차량 으로 이동이 편하고 나이트바자 근처라 걸어다니기 편했습니다. 괜찮은 곳이고 특히 수영장 직원이 열심히 일하는 모습이 보기좋았습니다.

아가에 대한 배려와 이미 준비된 서비스~

아마 다음에도 치앙마이를 방문한다면 우선 순위에 넣을 수 밖에 없는 곳이다. 준비되고 교육된 서비스를 받는다는 것은 행운일 수 밖에 없다. 아가와 함께 3박 4일의 일정으로 충분한 휴식과 즐거움을 얻을 수 밖에 없었던 곳이다. 정말 강력한 추천하고 싶다.

“Expensive but everything you will want at the price”

A great resort. The staff are their greatest asset, but that is a reflection of the excellent management and quality standards. The grounds are peaceful and the old British Counsel’s Residence is a bonus. Hotel design by Kerry Hill Architects is special.

“Excellent hospitality ”

I am very impressed with the staff of this hotel. From the front desk to the restaurants to the housekeeping crew. They bother to attend to details from your name, very attentive to your needs and most importantly they make you feel welcome. This should be the standard of five star hotel... where no matter what colour and race you are the service is the same.

“Best in Class Service & Experience”

Excellent service and great food at The Service 21. The Spa is fantastic and we loved the experience! However, the rooms are not perfect due to the traffic noise by the road. They quickly moved us to the quieter side once we highlighted this. Very efficient. Would recommend Anantara Chiangmai Resort for convenience, food and hospitality!

A very relaxing and tranquil resort in the busy city centre of Chiang Mai. Convenient location and close to Anusarrn Market. Recommended the Kasara Suite, super spacious. Their lovely staff even decorated our room for our anniversary!

“Wow! Best hotel I have ever stayed in!”

From the moment we arrived to the time we departed we were overwhelmed with the suite we stayed in and the staffs eagerness to please. The swimming pool was a great place to cool down and chill out. Breakfast was included and was plentiful. Could get anything from authentic Thai food to waffles and chocolate sauce We ate in the restaurant for one evening and it was the best meal we had while in Chiang Mai Great location for the Sunday night market and old city. We would love to stay here again

“Amazing experience overall!! Would definitely recommend!”

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel as our first stop on a recent trip to Thailand. The service was great from the start - we enjoyed the flowers and welcome drink and snack upon arrival. Given my jetlag I went to the gym at 6am the next morning and they opened the gym specifically for me without hesitation. The room was excellent. The hotel also had great facilities (the gym and the pool) and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options for any dietary needs (gluten free, halal). The location is beautiful overlooking the river. We would definitely stay here again.

“5Stars Hotel”

Friendly staff and service,Comfy Room

The room is big and comfy, there are the free laundry service everyday and the turn down service is so warm after a long day out in Chiang. The room's facilities is modern and new. Especially the bed is so comfy. But I don't really like the breakfast there, not much choice although it's like a semi-buffet, (buffet+orders from the menu).

“Beautiful resort and excellent service”

The resort is extremely luxurious and beautiful and the breakfast buffet is not to be missed. The service is flawless and the amenities were perfect (high speed internet etc.)-- it has a bit of the big resort feel, but at the end of our trip, we were happy with it. It is outside the more charming part of the old city though, but the beautiful view of the river from the rooms compensates.

“Fond memories in a colonial and modern setting”

Thanks to the beautiful historical colonial building, the hotel has a truly charming feel to it, while being equiped with all the modern facilities. The open grounds and setting along the river are beautiful. The rooms are in a somewhat concrete and rectangular building, and the conference building would benefit from being greener and better decorated, however the rooms have a lovely private entrance area and great interior design.

“Amazing stay”

Overall stay was very good, however, they refused to offer facial as they said it was not safe for a pregnant woman. I would have thought being a luxury resort it wouldn't have any problem at all. Just a bit of a let down, but the breakfast buffet was superb.

“Very nice, with hiccups”

The stay started off with an upgrade as the river view suites were overbooked (?). This eventually had some repercussions as the noise proofing of the suites left much to be desired. Traffic noise and loud conversations carried easily into the room at unfortunate hours of the night. Having said that however, the Anantara is situated very nicely on the banks of the Ping River, giving a lovely open view.My companion cut her foot (albeit a very small nick) on a loose floor board in the room. We had returned to the room, mid-afternoon, the first day to find the room unmade. Some mis-communication causing repeated request and such. The spa treatments were nice if requiring a bit more finesse in how the client is handled. The quality of the food however is exceptional and every meal an experience. The staff too are very attentive and do try their very best to meet expectations. I gauge the the rating of a property by my likelihood of a revisit. Anantara has me sitting on the fence in this respect. If i do return there will be certain requirements such as room selection away from lift lobbies and such.
