“위치가 정말 좋았어요”

위치가 정말 좋았고 직원분들도 정말 친절했습니다. 기분좋게 여행을 잘 했는데 객실요금 문제로 여행 후 연락이 오네요. 분명히 투숙 전 이메일로도 체크인 체크아웃때도 객실요금 결제가 다 끝났다고 프론트에서 말씀하셔서 영수증을 두장이나 받아왔는데 결제가 안됐다고 이제 연락이 온 모양이네요..... 일처리가 깔끔하지는 못한 것 같습니다. ㅜㅜ 그 외는 다 만족했어요...

“위치,룸 상태, 조식 모두 기대이상”

헬싱키 중앙역, 공항버스정류장,씨티센터와 가까이 위치하여 편리함. 호텔 룸 컨디션은 최상, 깔끔하고,TV에 크롬캐스터를 설치하여 스마트폰을 통해 TV의 대형스크린으로 유투브를 볼 수 있어서 유용하게 이용하였음. 조식도 매우 훌륭하였음. 강럭 추천ᆢ

스톱오버로 하루 헬싱키에 묵었는데 일단 위치가 너무 좋고 걸어서 헬싱키 대성당 갈 정도에요 직원분들이 정말 친절합니다 또 와도 여기서 묵을거에요

very nice facilities; I did not use the public transportation but it was right next to the train station, many trams and buses around; in the downtown area with many shops and restaurants

“The staff and the services is excellent ”

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel.. when checking in the staff is very helpful, when I asked for late check out, the staff reception let us check out at 6 pm. Very recommended hotel in the heart of city Helsinki

직원들 모두 친절 호텍을 묵으면서 사장님이 궁금한건 처음이였습니다. 마인드와 버는만큼 호텔에 투자를 다시 하는듯한 섬세한 인테리어 감각, 청결, 위치, 특히 조식이 뛰어납니다!! 감사합니다 편히 묵고 지금은 한국으로 돌아왔습니다 ^^

Avoid rooms facing the nightclub across the street over weekends. The loud bass can be heard when their doors are opened. The double glazed windows kept out the cold as well as road noise but not the loud bass of their music.

“Fantastic and a great place to wind down”

Breakfast, spacious room, comfortable bed

It was truly enjoyable. Right next to the railway station, it is very convenient for people arriving by train. The hotel let us check in at 7am upon arrival , which was really fantastic as it allowed us to freshen up before heading out to sightsee. Well done ! The room was big and the design was good. The long sofa in the bedroom made the corner of the room a comfy cosy corner for having wine and snacks. Love it !

“The deco is so Finnish. It's clean, location great”

location, good breakfast and valuable room

We stay for 3 nights during Xmas, we could be able to check in at 11am which is so impressed. The room is with modern equipped (has USB charger and PC plug in at the headboard). For sure I will stay in the hotel again
