매우 좋음

직원들의 깔끔한 친절과 걸어서 10분 거리에 mrt. 호텔앞 정겨운 풍경이 매우 맘에 든다. 특히 호텔 옆에 있는 gothot 로스터를 두개나 갖 춘 커피숍이 매우 좋았고 수제 맥주맛도 일품이다. 방도 그정도면 쿨하다.

가격대비 만족!

가격대비 괜찮았다. 좁긴하지만 아주 깔끔하고 직원들이 친절했다. 지하철이나 버스를 이용하면 20분정도면 DOWNTOWN까지 갈 수 있어서 위치도 나름 괜찮았지만, 창이공항을 이용하기에는 가까운거리를 지하철, 버스를 이용해서 한시간정도 거리로 떠서, 비싸지만 우버를 이용했다. 우버로는 20분이면 간다. 공항 왔다갔다 빼고는, 전체적으로 좋다!

지하철에서 멀어요

장점 깨끗하고 직원들이 친절해요 콜라2개랑 m&m초콜릿 2개가 냉장고에 매일 채워져있어요. 드라이기는 체크인할 때 직원분이 소유여부 물어봐요 단점 렌트카없이 지하철 이용했는데 라벤더역에서 많이 걸어야해요

호텔은 깨끗해요 다만 라벤다역에서 10분정도 걸어가야해요 호텔앞에 로컬음식점도 있고 편의점도 있어서 좋았어요 직원들은 너무너무 친절합니다

호텔 위치 및 청결 상태 매우 좋아요!

일단 환승 거점인 부기스, 마리나 베이랑 가깝고 지하철역이랑도 멀리 떨어져 있지 않습니다. 그리고 무엇보다도 호텔 담당자 분들이 매우 친절하고 호텔도 깔끔해서 잘 쉬다 왔네요. 다만 방은 더블 베드면 두 명이서 지내기는 조금 작습니다!

방이 좀 작아요~

깨끗하지만 방이 작고 옷장이나 물건을 펼쳐놓을곳이 없어서 몹시 불편했습니다. 샤워실도 몹시 작고, 아주 협소한 목욕탕이라 치솔 꺼내놓을곳도 마땅치않은곳... 그래도 며칠 지내다보니 나중에는 그럭저럭 익숙해지기는 했지만요.. 위치는 좋습니다. 안전하고 주위에 예쁜 카페들도 많고 푸드코트도 있어요. 조금 걸어 지하철을 이용하여 잘 다녔습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 호텔도 잘 관리가 되어있었어요. 단지, 좀 작아서 둘이 지내면서 가방을 열어놓을수가 없었다는게...

Great overall but tiny room

I stayed for 1 night at the Superior twin room. I loved the scent of the hotel the moment you entered, and the staff were all kind and helpful :) the hallways were generally quiet, except for noisy guests which you can't control. The room itself was nice, with alot of amenities but it was very very small, especially for a twin room! I was by myself and found it a tight squeeze so I cant imagine 2 people especially if they were not petite! There was very little space for you to hang your clothes (for 1 person) so it'll be a creative challenge to hang clothes for 2 people. I loved the layout of the toilet and shower as it meant 2 people could use the toilet and shower at the same time. The location is fantastic as it is near the MRT, and near cool cafes or cheap eateries and also near the supermarket. Overall I would stay here again, for a short staycation but alone because of the space constraints of the twin room :)

Nice location but rooms are quite small

Hotel Yan is in a nice spot in Kallang and there are a lot of cafes and little gem eateries to check out. The room itself is clean and well designed, but really rather small for 2 people. Bed was comfortable and room is clean. Overall I would still recommend this hotel to friends.

Nice place to stay

I was staying for watching Bruno Mars concert. The staffs was very helpful. They even printed the tickets for me as they knew I’m going to watch the concert. And they allowed me to do early check-in (check-in time is 12noon and I came to the hotel around 10noon) Thank you

Great experience

As expected, very small room but if you are well prepared ( e.g. smaller suitcase, bring the essentials only) and utilise the available space well for storage, it is not a problem. For 1 person, it is perfect. Love the high ceiling which makes the room less claustrophobic. The toilet and shower are separated but with an odd sliding glass door as commented by other people. I had absolutely no problem because of travelling solo. I could not hear much noise from the streets but walls inside are not sound proof, bring ear plugs! Staff are excellent though, very attentive and helpful. You can find a lot of eateries around. Chye Seng Huat Hardware cafe located right next door to the hotel is a modern funky place for food and coffee, prices are on the high side though. My regular soy latte was shockingly S$6.30 which is way more expensive than an equivalent quality coffee in Australia. Great location of Hotel Yan, Lavender station is less than 10 minutes away by foot.

Cosy and comfortable

The room was great and comfortable. Very quick check in and check out from the staff. Loved the size of the bath tub, however the main tap for the tab did not have hot water. I just thought we could have brighter lights to do my make up and suggest to have a mirror other than in the toilet. Other than that, the room was great and highly recommended.
