다른것은 좋은데 찾기는 힘든 호텔.

친절한 스탭, 넓은 방, 편의시설, 가까운 역

모든 것이 만족스러우나 찾기가 좀 힘듬. 생각보다 들어가야 있고, 호텔 간판도 잘 안보임. 그러나 호텔은 전체적으로 좋았음.

Barcelona - 3 day stay

The hotel room was compact but nice. Had a mini bar, 2 showers - one over bath. The concierge was less than helpful with our luggage when we arrived very late at night. We had to put our own luggage on the trolley after a long haul flight. We then got to the room to find that there wasn't air conditioning and the room was very stuffy. After being told that we couldn't put it on air con that there was only heat available. I then got quite angry and demanded a stand up fan which came quite quickly. The breakfast was the highlight at this hotel. It had a good spread and good quality and variety. They also had from 2pm - 10.30pm free soft drinks and snacks. In the room, they only left one coffee and one tea. Had to request more. They left a nice bottle of champagne for us in the room as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. When they clean the rooms, they don't clean the floors which I was disappointed about. Very small pool upstairs. No chairs in reception to sit down on.

Great location and value for money

The hotel is extremely well located to tour Barcelona.. Metro 5 mnts/ Town centre 15 mnt walk .. . Rooms are very spacious and the bed is perfect to sleep after a long day of walking. The bathroom is very large with a tub as well as a seprate rain shower stall.Overall cleanliness good and staff are friendly. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment. There are several bakeries in the vicinity . The hotel serves snacks from 2 pm to 11 pm to all their guests at no charge ...

Great Hotel

The staff in this hotel are without exception friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Born and the Gothic quarter and you can walk to the beach in about 15 mins. There are many local shops, cafes,bars and tapas each of a high quality but reasonable prices and not a chain anywhere until you are in the cathedral area. If you want to experience Barcelona without the tourist traps,this is the place to stay.Would highly recommend and will definitely return here

The perfect hotel for me and my girlfriend

We loved it. Were surprised by the free snack bar (great!) and enjoyed the delicious morning buffet, the location, the roof top pool and our nice room. Will definitely go there next time :-)

A charming hotel in a great location

We loved this hotel! Helpful staff, cozy room and delicious snacks before night out. When I return to Barcelona I would consider this hotel again.

Excellent hotel

Modern clean hotel , pool area modern and well planned out to maximise rooftop views . Rooms are clean with bath and shower separate . Very friendly and helpful staff thought all areas of hotel in particular the bar/dinning area the reception staff were excellent and helped us with telephone calls to local Spanish speaking tour we had booked. The reception staff always greeted us when we came and went from the hotel. The food in the bar area was varied , very tasty and constantly refilled by friendly bar staff. I would highly recommend this hotel we traveled as a family of 6 all late teens myself and my partner. 10 out of 10

Excellent Neighbourhood

The hotel is located in Born which is an excellent neighborhood with lot of shops and restaurant within walking distance and just 5 mins from the Metro station. The staff were friendly and helpfully. The room is clean and functional. The complementary snack bar is an excellent benefit.
