“깔끔”
지어진지 얼마 안된 곳이라 그런지 다른 도쿄 호텔들 보다 조금 넓은 느낌을 받았고 무엇보다 화장실이 좋았습니다 호텔 내 대중탕이 따로 있어 이용하였는데 좋았습니다!

“전반적으로 좋습니다. ”
부대시설은 별로 없지만 대체로 힙한 호텔입니다. 혼자 여행하거나 둘이 여행하기 딱 좋은 호텔입니다. 새로 생겨서 깨끗합니다. 룸 청소는 하루 신청안했지만 문에 타월을 걸어두고 가셨더라고요. 감사했습니다. 다만 대욕탕은 여자탕의 경우 특정시간대에 사람들이 많이 몰려서 앉을 자리가 없더라고요. 저녁 10시 전후 피해 가셔야할것 같습니다.

New hotel with self-check in computer. The room is small as expected but has sofa and internet TV and control pad. But it has limited space for luggage to be open. I kinda like it but not recommend it to traveller with kids, at least not the standard room

“Good service and neat hotel”
The hotel is pretty new and staffs are helpful. We stayed in a 3 people room for 4 nights, the design of bathroom could be improved as no sink in toilet, one need to walk back and forth from toilet to sink which is not convientent esp w 3 ppl. End up we switched to 2 smaller rooms.

“Nice boutique hotel”
The hotel is new, Room is clean with comforable bed. My son was so excited with the gatget. We really appreciate the effort that has been put in by hotel staffs to try and make the hotel as comfortable as possible.

“Very Good Choice in Ginza”
We wanted to stay in busy area, with shopping convenience, easy access to underground and variety of restaurants. This hotel tick all the boxes. It is new and therefore giving a clean feeling too. Beds are on the harder side but suited us very well. Rooms are pretty small though understandable in Tokyo. The hotel unusually provides an onsen type public bath which is not hotspring, but nice and we happily used it. We all like it and will likely stay again. Highly recommended.

Good staff，the lady at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and always with big smile (plus: she can speak Chinese as well.）The design is quite modern, rooms are fairly spacious( compare to other Tokyo business hotels'), and many detail can make you like this hotel!! there are only few downside：1). the hairdryer (it surely can dry your hair，just not that soft as using other Japanese hairdryer）. 2). check out time is AM 10:00, So Early!!!!! you need to get up very early to pack all belongs, and wait for elevaltors( I wait for 15mins to get one that wasn't full）

“Nice hotel in great location ”
Recommend for those who loves shopping, many department stores are within walking distances, must visit Ginza Six (shopping center) and Bills (restaurant). Room size is moderate and beds are comfy. Amenities such as razor, cotton pad, comb need to obtain from the reception which is quite inconvenient.

“Ok hotel in Ginza”
Location is great. However for the price , there are better value hotels in the area. Room was clean but no complimentary tea bags,/coffee with the hot water pot. Bathroom had good water pressure but sparse towels and amenities. Checkout time at 10am was way too early...should be at least 11am. Staff at front desk were limited in knowledge of transportation to airport.

“Warm and Great hotel”
This hotel is the first view of Tokyo, the staff there were wonderful and kind, help us a lot . Location is great ,very easy to find and many different subways station nearby, convenient. Room very clean and as I required it was bright. Wonderful hotel.

“New modern hotel”
Hotel is just a min walk from 銀座一丁目station (Yurakuchou Line). The public bath is very small, but open till 2600hours. No bath tube, shower only. The public bath is a great place to have a soak before bedtime. The housekeeper seemed to have cleaned our room halfway n left. Her card key was left in the entrance slot. A tablet, mobile (with internet and free local calls (didn't use as there were no instructions on how to use it). speaker (easy to use, just place mobile phone on it, the sound quality is good). Like the small sofa corner with side table, comfortable for me to do my work on my laptop, Bed and pillows were so comfort, slept through the night. Be prepared to climb stairs from Exit 11. There are escalators but not throughout the route to get out of the station. 7 stations to Maihama station (DisneyLand/Sea). Overall satisfied with our stay.
