“Great hotel in heart of Seattle but unfortunate let down”

Great value hotel with fantastic rooms. Was unfortunately very disappointed as I left my coat in the bar/lobby after having a few drinks with colleagues. We were the last to leave the bar late at night so when I realised in the morning that I had left it downstairs I assumed it would have been just picked up and put aside by a staff member or cleaner overnight. When I asked staff at the front desk and in the bar they had no record or trace of it anywhere, despite the fact that I remembered exactly where I left it. It would have been very unlikely that it would not have been a staff member that came across it and took it as it went missing between 2am-8am. I stopped short of insisting security cameras were looked at as I simply couldn't be bothered.

Despite the fact my trip had to be cut short due to family emergency but this is definitely worth the money everyone was so welcoming and the room was clean and quiet which me and my daughter really needed
