heaven on earth, this is really a gem. Best place I ever stayed. Romantic place, perfect service. You are treated like royalty. Food is exquisite. Personnel is treated very good by owner and love working there.

Pleasant, quiet stay

The villas were nicely furnished, spacious, clean and comfortable. WiFi speeds were also good. Staffs were courteous and any concerns were addressed promptly. There are two dive sites literally just steps away from the resort.

They could really work on the food at the resort restaurant, especially given the fact that there's not much else to be had nearby!

High quality accommodation in a relatively remote location

The two bedroom villas with a pool are excellent - great if you want to have privacy for your stay.

Difficult to swim or snorkel in the sea from the hotel - the beach is rocky and the surf is strong - its probably fine for divers but cannot confirm as I do not dive. You need to travel to Amed by taxi (which is not cheap) to snorkel or swim in the sea. Also there are few option to eat locally - again you have to travel to Amed if you don't want to eat the hotel every night.

Beautiful place in Kubu. We had an fantastic villa "Villa Tropicana". View over the sea, tropical atmosphere.

They dont have local food. The food is tasteless and should be local, tasty and spicy. The food is a big part of vacation so this should be better.

Welcome to Paradise / Pure Relaxation

The Villa as well as the whole compound is beautiful. The rooms are large, the outdoor bathrooms fantastic. The AC works perfectly as well as a fantastic WIFI inside but also everywhere in the garden and pool. Everything is 100% as on the pictures advertised. Wonderful view on the dark blue sea. The Pool is pretty big and incredibly relaxing. They put up plenty of areas to relax, the terrasse, beach beds and seating cushions plus the two higher decks, one by the pool and one to look across the sea. Privacy is good, the garden is surrounded by lush green. They really thought of everything to make this a place where you can simple forget everything and relax. The restaurant is also very nice located just over the sea, the sound of the waves and a fresh breeze from the sea. While their local food is good, the way they prepare pork is incredible - believe me, for someone living in Dubai where pork is not on the standard menu, we had pork every single day - this is the best home cooked food we had since Xmas at mum's :)

There is only 1 thing they could add, that is 'room service', even though the restaurant is really beautiful, sometimes you feel even lazier and would love to have a snack on your terrace. Finally, why I could not give 10 points for location, if you look for a long sandy beach, this is not the place and if you want pubs &bars around you in the evening, you won't find them here. So personally it was a pure '10' for us, but to be a bit objective ...

Terrific location for snorkeling and diving - hosted by a great team!

We spend an awesome week in Relax Bali! The team was very friendly and supportive, the whole venue beautifully designed and well-kept. Our villa was stylish and spacious with a large and beautiful garden. We enjoyed especially the professional diving course - and the relaxed atmosphere. Thanks for a great holiday! :))

Magnifique séjour dans cet établissement du début à la fin.

L'accueil et le service impeccable, la literie est confortable, magnifiques levés de soleil, la piscine et ses alentours, le restaurant où nous avons bien mangé, l'organisation de notre chauffeur à la journée et les excursions demandées, la plongée avec de bonnes monitrices et des souvenirs inoubliables.

Alors vraiment RIEN, tout a été parfait.

Magnifique séjour, comme à la maison !

Une magnifique villa avec piscine les pieds dans l'eau. Décor soigné, propre, personnel au petit soin, la montagne en arrière plan, grand parc avec équipements de sport. C'est le meilleur rapport qualité prix de notre séjour en famille à Bali. Et un excellent endroit super professionnel pour débuter avec la plongée sous marine ( enfants bienvenus ). Vraiment génial !

Avec ce niveau de prestation quasi 5 étoiles, la partie restauration est un peu en dessous.
