Father's day at Club Ultima

I booked this loft for my family since i was away. Before i booked, i asked a couple of questions to the property. They were very quick with their response. According to my mom, the room was very clean and big, perfect for family use. Complete kitchen utensils etc. But my problem was the pool and staffs. When my mom and my daughter went to the 9th floor and tried the pool, there was this rude staff telling them they are not allowed to use the pool. I knew everything when i called them the next day. So 3hrs before they checkout, i called my brother and asked what happened. Also, i messaged Mary(probably one of the property owners). She said they should be able to use the 3 pools. But later after calling club ultima, she confirmed that club ultima guests are no longer allowed to use the 3 pools. Before they checkout, Mary apologize for the inconvenience and gave an assurance that she will give us a discount for our next booking as a compensation. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay.
