The best hotel ever! 

The best hotel ever! Breakfast was so delicious and lot of variety, you can see the staff smiling and greeting whenever they see you. The hotel is really brand new I guess you can get to the shopping malls in 5 min by walking. Definitely we’ll come back one day!

좋은 호텔입니다

일단 새로운 호텔이라 깨끗하고 좋습니다 그런데 아직 임시오픈이라 부대시설이 완벽하지는 않습니다. 식당은 좋구요 조식또한 아주 훌륭합니다 음식 가지수도 많고요. 그리고 임시오픈이라 호텔 진입로를 찾기 힘듭니다 택시 기사들도 돌고돌아서 겨우 들어오더군요 잘 정비해서 완벽하게 오픈이 이루어지면 정말 좋은 호텔일듯합니다 백화점도 아주 가깝고요 임시오픈이라 지금은 가격대비 저렴합니다 20% 할인 하는듯요

Conveniently located in quezon city and a stone throw's away from Ayala Mall Vertis North and Trinoma, we decided to try this relatively new hotel. Loved the fact that checking in was such a breeze, unlike one of the hotel we went to where they make you list all the names of the guest staying in the room with birthdays, there was a short que but I don't mind that at all. Another plus point is there liniency in access to their facilities like the pool and their state of the art gym equipments (per my dad). However, we were quite disappointed on how small their room was plus the bed size, rooms are not fully carpeted and beds were not so comfortable, it can only fit one person, and no bidet available. Then again, the breakfast buffet spread is awesome, I get why they have a long que in the morning. All in all, the experience was good but the rooms and the bed is a great consideration for me so while I love their liniency, I intend to look for another hotel next time.

Great Service, Great Staff, Great Facility

Overall our stay has been the most relaxing ever. The room's very clean and cozy. The staff are very friendly and they act quick - I have called them several time that I will be checking in late and they were very accommodating, they acted quick on some instances that I had to make a special request. The location was very convenient - very close to places we can easily grab a quick bite and malls. It was overall great. Keep up the good work Seda Vertis North!

Luxurious yet affordable. 

Cleanliness is superb. Staffs are nice and hospitable. Luxurious ambiance. Food is yummm.. Location is great too. However, the pool is too small for the crowd, guests that day. I will definitely go back with the family soon.

So many restrictions!

I will begin with the positive feedbacks! ....De luxe room with 2 singles beds are 👍 coz the beds are quite big enough 3 persons each...the breakfast is also 👍 a lot of choices and variations although we fell in line for our turn, understandable coz it's father's day .. the room AC's filter needed to be changed since it was not cooling properly Now the downside! pool is strictly for the registered guests only, I thought of this as a downside coz I've been to prestiguous hotels and they are not this strict as to follow the guests and reminded (or should I say embarrassed by telling!) us that only registered guests are allowed to use the pool...another is the inconvenience of directing us to park to vertis mall coz there's no parking space anymore..(though the fee is waived but we were not informed and we still had to inquire about the waiver.... and lastly.. we were not informed upon check in that local call is charged for php20/call.. overall can be recommended if only for its proximity to vertis mall but to trinoma quite far...

Great hotel. Good location. Great customer service.

1 Only 3 local channels on the tv were available. Something wrong with cable tv. 2. My Seda Edge account cannot be accommodated because their system is not yet fully functional. 3. We got a room with a view of the squatters area which was quite disappointing. 4. Only 2 counters were open during check out time . Check out took quite some time. 5. Breakfast at Misto was great! 6. Food at the lounge bar at the 24th floor was great. Staff were always attentive to our needs.
