정말 좋았어요

2베드룸이면 더 좋았겠지만..아쉽게도 3베드룸밖에 없어서 잡은 숙소였네요 친구랑 둘이 방 하나씩 쓰고도 한 방은 남았더라는 ㅎㅎㅎ 부엌에서 살짝 이상한 냄새가 나는 것 빼고는 진짜 완전 만족한 방이었어요. 밤에도 편히 수영하고 빠통 비치, 정실론 다 가깝고요 참! 문은 스트롱하게 닫지 않으면 잘 안잠겨요 처음에 와서 문 문제로 연락하니 메이드 분이 와서 스토롱 파워라며 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 지금은 다 추억이네요. 다음에도 재방문 의사 있습니다~

정실론,빠통비치,반짠야시장과의 거리가 정말 최고였다.

저녁에 클럽노래때문애 시끄럽다는 호텔들도ㅠ잇는데 여기는 전혀 시끄럽디 않았다. 다만 수영장 물이 좀 차가었다는거랑 침대가 아주실짝 딱딱했다는거 빼고 너무 좋았음

Excellent and comfortable!

Amazingly clean, friendly staff, super convenient! Breakfast could be improved. Ham, sausages were alot like rubber. Toast had no salted butter. Too many varieties of soup were not needed. Also we had a slight issue with the security. 3 times a random guy came into our room while we were sitting by the pool. We had no locked the sliding door from the inside. He might have been slightly drunk. He knew his room was on 8th floor as well, but it could have been via another lift lobby. He was lost. the 3rd time he came into our room again via the fire escape!!!! We were shocked! We were all girls and we were wondering how he could still enter even after we locked the door from the inside the 2nd time. How is it possible a fire escape access can be opened from the outside to public? this is absolutely ridiculous and unsafe! it means even after we lock the doors from the inside and leave our room for the day, anyone can enter via the fire escape. We called security immediately who came up to access the situation although the guy was long gone already. We hope this is immediately looked into as it might affect any other guests in future. Also a suggestion to have a keycard system at the lift lobby so only GUESTS can use the lift.

Decent value for the price

The location and the pool are standout, the beds are pretty hard, water pressure and temperature are a bit temperamental. Kitchen needs cooking facilities and some form of stereo system would be nice around the pool area. Room service is not very extensive and starts late in the day. All furniture was set around 4 people for a 6 person suite also.
