토미상 아주아주 친절하시고, 전체적으로 매우 깨끗하며 침대도 편했습니다. 교토에 또 간다면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

"굉장히 친절한 주인이 있는 곳입니다 ”
위치도 니조역에서 걸어서 오분? 정도 걸렸던 것 같습니다. 저는 아라시야마에 갔다가 교토역으로 갈 예정이어서 위치가 굉장히 마음에 들었습니다. 아라시야마나 교토역까지 jr타면 10분 조금 더 걸렸습니다. 게다가 니조역 주변에 부대시설이 많아 간단한 쇼핑하기에도 좋았습니다. 우선 주인인 토미가 매우 친절합니다. 진짜 친절해요. 영어로 대화 가능하시더라구요. 계단이 가팔라서 캐리어 옮기기엔 조금 위험했는데 토미가 들어서 올려주고 내려주고 다했습니다. 또 여행 루트도 알려주면서 차도 직접 우려내주고...조식은 토스트인데 간단하게 먹기엔 딱이었습니다. 방은 다다미방이라 다다미방 특유의 향이 있더라구요. 그건 알고 갔기 때문에 별로 상관 없었고, 화장실이나 샤워실은 공용인데 깨끗했습니다. 이부자리도 깨끗했어요. 하룻밤 정말 잘 묵다가 왔습니다.

"すごく居心地の良いと思いました。”
階段はちょっと怖かったんですけど、すぐ慣れるので問題ではありませんでした。オーナーさんもすごく優しくてチェックアウトする時はプレゼントももらいました！場所も駅から近く、探しやすいどころでした。一番良かったのはゲストハウスの反対側にあった回転寿司屋さんでした。笑

staying and Oumi guesthouse was one of the best experiences i ever experienced related to a place to stay during my trips. great staff, everything very clean, nice and calm atmosphere! would recommend and would definetly come again. thank you Oumi guesthouse!

"10 stars! ”
If I could give Guesthouse Oumi 10 stars I would! Tommy and Akemi were so welcoming and the guesthouse is beautiful. The location is a very short walk to the subway and JR station and there are several restaurants and a 100 yen shop close by. Every morning Tommy would ask if we would like any tea and/or toast and was always so accommodating if we needed anything (umbrella...maps...etc). The bathrooms/shower are shared, but there was never any issue with getting in. Also, the place was always spotlessly clean. When...(not if!) I'm in Kyoto again I will be staying at Guesthouse Oumi hands down! :)

"More, a lot more than outstanding- amazing!!!”
I have traveled & throughout my live and Oumi is the best experience I ever had. If as an exception I could rate above 10 out of 10, with no hesitation I'd rate as high as I can to reward all the effort, kindness, clean ness, etc of Oumi & staff.

"A place like home”
The staffs (Tommy-San and Akemi-San) make us feel this is a place like home !! Deep warm to heart ! Daily bright smiles when you woke up and sweet smiles when you back to guesthouse after whole day tour! And !! TOO MUCH to talk about !! Thank you so much for everything !! Fall in love with Guest House Oumi !! Heart warming place just like your home !! :D

"Loved it!”
We stayed here in April for 4 nights and had a fantastic stay. Tommy-san the host was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. My almost 2yo daughter adored him! We stayed in the japanese style room, we found the tatami mats to be very comfortable and got far better sleep here than our king bed in Tokyo accommodation. Location is great, Nijo is a couple of minutes walk away and has both the JR and subway lines. Busses were just outside too. Delicious 100 yen sushi train restaurant across the road that Tommy told us about. Ate here 3 times! Highly recommend
