“Noisy singing till passed midnight at the corner of the street.”

Have to wait till the singing stopped around 1-2am, and then the next door construction starts early in the morning.

“Woke up by 7AM with hammer pounding ”

Everyday of our stay we were waking up my the horrific hammer pounding noise of construction, we called and told the front desk but they did nothing until the last day that they offered to move us to different room... staffs and management needed to apologize and compensate for this inconvenience that happened everyday... but they didn’t even apologize and when we asked for one hour late check out, they said NO. One time, they maintenance the elevator and I have to sit and waited for over 20 mins.

“一切的美好被一個隔音給打敗了”

這家是朋友推薦我住，滿懷期待，可惜結果令人失望透頂!! 有簡約精品的大廳，親切的服務生，乾淨的房間和簡單但好吃的早餐，有物超所值，但是最基本的隔音卻沒做好，門口及隔壁任何小動作都聽得到，早上6點清潔人員打掃隔壁可以把人從睡夢中吵醒，我已經是很不怕吵得了，但這根本是沒隱私沒品質可言，若你不怕吵，這間值得推薦

“Great Place and Staff! Weird stain at the end... ”

Everything was great! Location was good, staff were really friendly and helpful, rooms were really good, especially for the price. Only thing, at the end, they brought me a bed sheet and said it was stained in my room. It was like a blue pen stain or something. I have no idea what it was, or where it could have come from. They made me pay an extra 200,000 VND to clean it. When I got a whole suitcase of clothes washed, it cost like half that amount. After trying to figure it all out, I was just like whatever and paid it... But seemed very weird.

“Wonderful stay at Uptown Hotel”

Stayed at Uptown Hotel in Aug 2019 and I am blown away by the wonderful staff and their excellent service. 1. Front desk and concierge team were so friendly and efficient in the check in etc. Always greeted us with warm smiles all day. Communication was not a problem as they spoke English well. 2. Hotel is very new and clean. Elevator serves all floors as well, so no lugging of bags up any steps. 3. Rooms are very clean, well lit and comfortable. 4. Location is best! Steps from Ben Than Market, Takashimaya and Saigon Square. Cafe Apartment, War Renmants Museum and shopping street within 15 mins walk. Highly recommended. Will stay with them again for sure!
